    Time Event
    10:53p
Apparently CBS is only allowing us to vote once a day for our favorite houseguests from previous seasons to return for this summer’s Big Brother: All-Stars. The rules aren’t posted anywhere I could find them tonight, but after my first vote I didn’t get any confirmation that my votes were being recorded. Or maybe you have to restart your computer to get your vote to count again. Let me try that.

Okay, I still can’t tell if that worked. But I can’t be rebooting all day long anyway. And yes, I am a little obsessive where Big Brother is concerned.

I know they’re going to use our votes to decide on six of the people who will be in the BB7 house, so I went ahead and picked the six candidates (out of 20 nominees) that I most want to see play the game again. Tonight’s show, in which the possibilities were revealed, was very entertaining. It was good to relive those old memories.

I pretty much decided as I was watching the show tonight that I didn’t want any of the winners back in the house. I mean, you have to draw the line somewhere. And although I’ve been watching Big Brother since the first season, they didn’t nominate anyone from BB1 or BB2 that I really wanted to see again. They could replay all of BB3, though, as far as I’m concerned, and I’d be happy. I loved Danielle in the house, and I’ve loved Marcellas in all the years he’s been doing the internet talk show since, so they get my vote. And Alison from BB4 was one of my favorite houseguests of all time, so I’m voting for her.

BB5 was my least favorite season, and there’s no way I could ever vote for Jase or Cowboy. I’d consider Nakomis or Diane, but I really want to see the Sovereign Six from BB6 come back, so I would choose to put Howie, Kaysar and Janelle, three of the most entertaining houseguests ever, back in the house for another summer. So that’s your three men (Marcellas, Howie, Kaysar) and three women (Danielle, Alison, Janelle). Let the producers put the unlikable people back on their show; my votes go to the people I really enjoyed watching.

Let me say this about Ivette and James, though. They deserve another chance. Ivette overcame so much to come so close last year, and she really got tied into the wrong alliance and couldn’t find her way out of it. James was the most competitive player ever, which he had to be to survive, because he was so hated. He won so many vetoes that they should put his name on the award. And what I like about him, and Ivette, and Danielle especially, is that they were so colorful and honest in the Diary Room. It made the game more interesting and more fun.
