    Time Event
    9:27p
    Okay, Plan B
If Stacy had kept her mouth shut at Tribal Council, she might still be in a position to win Survivor: Fiji, instead of just the next person on the jury. When she said that she thought the vote might be split, it got Yau-Man’s attention. He was already a little suspicious, but as far as he knew his alliance was solid. Stacy would have been the next to go either way, so her attempt to save herself wasn’t really a gamble for her, but when Yau-Man played the hidden Immunity Idol, whatever hope she had was gone. Now, I have to say that Earl owes Yau-Man the other hidden idol, if there’s a chance he might need it at the next Tribal Council. But after what went down tonight, Earl himself might need an extra layer of immunity.

Now that Stacy’s gone, the rest of the alliance is left a little bit fractured, after Cassandra voted with Dreamz and Stacy against Yau-Man, and by extension against Earl. Earl’s position of strength depended on the absolute allegiance of Cassandra, and her ability to keep Dreamz in line. They were going to have to turn on each other at some point, but it was a surprise to see it happen at the final six, instead of a little bit later.

As for Yau-Man’s deal with Dreamz, it might have made him a target, but it could also make him a millionaire. Dreamz cannot win unless someone else gets immunity at the final four, so that he doesn’t have to keep his word to Yau-Man. If he breaks his promise, no one will vote for him. Even if he doesn’t try to win immunity, or if he tanks the competition, it will be a betrayal beyond redemption. This only matters because Dreamz is a strong player with the ability to win challenges. Duh. Otherwise there would have been no point in Yau-Man’s making the deal in the first place.

Boo is the obvious next target, unless he wins immunity for the third time in a row. And if he does that, he should probably win the whole game. He’s had no allies for awhile now, which distinguishes him from Ozzy last season, who had both friends and the ability to dominate. If the others don’t take Boo out the first chance they get, they’re going to have a hard time keeping him from winning it all.
